Bladder cancer treatment drug
Vinblonine is a new type of vinblastine compound, derived from vinorelbine, and introduced two fluorine atoms on the parent compound through Superacidic chimistry technology. This compound can interact with microtubules, inhibit microtubule aggregation, and stop cells in the middle of mitosis. Its microtubule binding activity is very different from other vinblastine compounds, showing a stronger anti-tumor effect. It is currently used in the treatment of bladder cancer clinically.
